1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or subscribing through this payment link, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. Services

STCO Sole Prop provides membership-based content, resources, and community support under the Crunchy Nation brand. Specific deliverables are described on the applicable payment page at the time of purchase.

3. Payments & Billing

All charges are processed securely through Stripe. Recurring memberships are billed on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly or as otherwise stated). By completing your purchase, you authorize continued charges on that cycle until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at trevor@slaythecompetition.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Refund requests may be submitted within 3 days of the charge date by contacting trevor@slaythecompetition.online and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through Crunchy Nation are the sole property of STCO Sole Prop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

8. Limitation of Liability

STCO Sole Prop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services or content.
